Dream role: Count di Luna from "Il Trovatore" This is one of the hardest works of Verdi for the Baritone, demanding the power of character and VOICE, mind, and talent of the actor! Good opportunity and rate for myself as a baritone, Part of Di Luna it suits my voice. Who is your favorite singer and why? Piero Cappuccilli. He didn't have a big voice, but he sang with great cleverness and mind, with wonderful technique, that is he sang all the big baritone parts on the World. What do you hope to achieve by participating in the Queen Sonja International Music Competition? I have participated in many international competitions; I've heard a lot about the Queen Sonja International Music Competition. I have a dream to sing on stage of beautiful Norway which is very similar to the nature of my country and of course I want more opportunities! What kind of demands do you believe the future's opera singers must fulfill to make a career? Talent, work, hard work, study study..... develop, develop, give yourself all to opera and FORTUNA! Very important for an artist is his family support and understanding! Is there anything else you would like to tell us, which might be interesting to the public? I want to tell you about our country.
